For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours we charge 50% of the service total.
The card on file will be charged the cancelation fee. Our goal is to give clients excellent customer service. We of course understand, respect, and make allowances for emergencies. We provide reminder emails and texts for your convenience.
No-show appointments will be charged 100%
Late Policy:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule your appointment for a later date. This ensures that we can give each guest the attention and care they deserve.
